Referral terms summary
- Referrer earns 3 months free only after the referred user has at least one approved active property listing.
- Referral rewards are reviewed before being applied.
- Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, inactive listings, and unapproved listings do not qualify.
- Rewards can stack, up to a default cap of 12 free months per year.
- StayNear reserves the right to adjust or pause the program at any time.
